I think what you guys are talking about is cubic zirconia, which is a
crystaline zirconium compound (oxide?? I don't remember). It has a higher
refractive index than diamond and is often used as a diamond substitute.
Properly cut the flash can knock your eyes out.
Not the same as the metal.
